Taxes don't have to be chaos.
They can be an advantage.

I help business owners make safe tax decisions — before they turn into a problem, a cost or a dispute with the tax office. I combine the experience of a licensed tax advisor, hands-on accounting practice and an insider's understanding of how the Polish tax administration works.

Let's get acquainted

I am a licensed Polish tax advisor with many years of experience serving companies and private individuals. Before qualifying as a tax advisor, I held expert positions within the Polish tax administration — at a tax office, a regional tax administration chamber and the National Tax Information (KIS).

I specialise in PIT, CIT and VAT settlements and in representing clients before the tax authorities and administrative courts. I work with entrepreneurs who expect more than a correct tax return: a clear assessment of their situation and a concrete recommendation.

What I do

Every taxpayer's situation is different, so I take an individual approach to every client. From tax advice to full-service accounting — here is what I can help you with.

Tax advisory

Ongoing and strategic advice on all Polish taxes. I choose solutions that are beneficial, safe and realistic to implement — not ones that merely look good on paper.

Accounting services

Full accounting, simplified revenue-and-expense ledger (KPiR), registers, JPK reporting, HR and payroll. Kept so that your books not only meet legal requirements but also give you a clear picture of your company's finances.

Investors, stock market and crypto tax returns

Tax settlement of domestic and foreign investments, cryptocurrencies and brokerage accounts is rarely straightforward. I help determine income, costs, exchange rates, documentation and how to report transactions in your Polish tax return. I reconstruct the history, classify transactions and calculate the tax using a documented methodology.

Tax planning

Analysis of the tax consequences before a decision is made — selling shares, changing legal form, scaling up investment, bringing in a partner. I show you the scenarios and their consequences before you act.

Tax disputes

Dealing with the tax office calls for composure, precision and sound argumentation. I help prepare replies to summonses, explanations, corrections, appeals and submissions during verification activities, tax audits and tax proceedings. I also represent taxpayers before the administrative courts (WSA, NSA).

Tax reliefs

R&D relief, IP Box, robotisation relief, bad-debt relief. I verify your actual entitlement, prepare the documentation and guide you through the procedure right up to the result on your tax return.

Setting up a business in Poland

I help you choose the legal form (sole proprietorship, sp. z o.o. limited company, limited partnership, family foundation) and the form of taxation — matched to your real business model and its financial consequences.

Tax rulings and tax opinions

Not every tax situation is clear-cut. Where the law leaves room for different interpretations, it pays to have a written analysis or to secure your position with a binding individual tax ruling. I prepare tax opinions and applications for individual tax rulings that help structure your reasoning and reduce the risk of a dispute with the authorities.

Tax and accounting audit

A tax audit checks whether your company's settlements are handled correctly and whether there are areas that could become a problem during an inspection. I analyse selected periods, documents, returns and procedures, then point out errors, risks and possible corrective actions.

A good tax advisor should show up before the problem does. Before you sign the contract, before you change your legal form, before you buy the car, before you sell your shares, before a partner joins, before the audit and before you file the correction.

That is why three things matter most in my work: understanding the situation, assessing the risk and giving a clear recommendation. No scaremongering. No empty promises. No passing the language of statutes and rulings on to the client.

The principles I follow

  1. Taxes are worth planning while you still have a choice.
  2. Good tax settlement starts before the contract is signed, not after the invoice is issued.
  3. The best tax dispute is the one you managed to avoid.
  4. I don't promise miracles. I promise an honest assessment of the risk.
  5. I translate the language of tax law into the language of business decisions.
  6. The tax office looks at documents. I help make sure they tell the right story.

What clients say

Reviews from the people and companies I have worked with.

A complicated situation: a contract with the National Health Fund, my own practice, rental income. Patryk recommended the best structure and walked me through the changes step by step. No stress, no mistakes.

Maria N.
Physician, private practice

The PIT-38 return covering crypto exchanges and a foreign broker was a minefield. Patryk sorted out two years of settlements retroactively and showed me where I had overpaid before. The peace of mind is priceless.

M
Michał T.
Investor, crypto + IBKR

A tax audit came out of nowhere. Patryk took the matter into his own hands, set the strategy and handled the discussions with the tax office. The proceedings ended with no findings. He knew what to say and when.

Anna K.
Brick-and-mortar + online shop

An online shop delivering to five EU countries — VAT OSS, settlements with the marketplace. Patryk brought order and procedures that actually work. I know nothing will fall apart.

K
Karolina W.
E-commerce (EU)

Patryk led our R&D relief implementation — documentation, calculation, defending the position. The tax refund for the last few years came to a six-figure sum. A job done from start to finish.

Manufacturing company

Import VAT, exchange rates, cross-border settlements — chaos. Patryk put everything in order, both on the accounting and on the tax side.

Frequently asked questions

What clients ask me before they decide to work with me.

How much does it cost?
The fee depends on the scale and nature of the work — a one-off consultation is priced differently from the ongoing bookkeeping of a company. The first conversation is free and without obligation. On that basis I prepare a specific offer tailored to your situation. There are no hidden costs — everything is set out in the engagement agreement.
Do you work with clients remotely?
Yes — I serve clients in Poland and abroad, the vast majority entirely remotely: by e-mail, phone and video call. We exchange documents electronically (encrypted link, KSeF e-invoicing, qualified electronic signature where required). Distance is irrelevant — the quality of our cooperation depends on communication, and that I guarantee.
What does the first conversation look like?
30–45 minutes of an unhurried conversation (by phone, online or at the office — whichever you prefer). You tell me about your situation and ask your questions; I listen and make an initial diagnosis. At the end I tell you honestly whether I can help, what it might look like and how much it will cost. No pressure to decide — take as much time as you need.
Do you keep the books for sole proprietorships?
Of course. Revenue-and-expense ledger (KPiR), lump-sum tax on registered revenue, tax card — I handle every form. For small sole proprietorships I offer packages scaled to your volume (from a few documents a month), so the price stays proportionate. If you are only just starting a business, I will also help you choose the form of taxation — a decision that can cost or save you thousands every year.
Can I change my accountant in the middle of the year?
Yes, and it is simpler than it seems. I take over the records from your previous accounting firm, check that everything is in order (this often brings a few things to light that need fixing) and we carry on seamlessly. The whole switch usually takes 1–2 weeks and causes no problems with the tax office.
What about GDPR and the security of my data?
I treat client data as particularly sensitive. I use secured communication channels and GDPR-compliant solutions, and the rules for processing your data are set out in the engagement documentation.
